This Easter season, Acts invites you and your loved ones to come join us for these three enriching sessions!

What is HeArts?

This is an annual arts festival hosted by Acts Church – a family-friendly event with activities and workshops for children and parents to enjoy together. HeArts is a celebration of Easter, the arts, and community. Join us for a day of fun, food, and inspiration as we celebrate the beauty of art and the spirit of Easter.

Did you know that April is World Autism Awareness Month?

Here are a few reliable in-house sources, where you could get relevant resources to support the guardians of children with special needs, as well as to help the children to live out their potential to the fullest!

Truth: People with developmental disabilities are always learning, just like neurotypical people.

Truth: People with developmental disabilities have inherent value, just like everyone else.

Truth: Many mistakenly believe that people with developmental disabilities are incapable of being effective at work, but in reality, a large number of them have successful careers, loving families, and supportive friends.

Truth: The fact is that the majority of those with developmental disabilities do not need or require special treatment in any way. They simply want to be treated with respect and dignity, like all of us.

We hope to build a space to provide support to the parents of children with special needs, especially for those who might not be able to afford therapy, as well as to help raise awareness in the area of special needs (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD and development delays) to the public.

It is designed to be a space fitted for children with special needs – to come for play and therapy – equipped with a toy library!
