We successfully launched the second season of the AYA Volunteer Internship Programme (VIP) with the Year 11 Class of 2023 Victory Academy students on 5 July. Students will gain exposure in various organisations/ industries, including Flatfish Media (Video Production), Design, Information Technology, Victory Academy (Education), Little Legends Childcare Centre, Revo Store (Merchandising), LINetS (Suicide Prevention), and NewSong Music (Music Production).

ACTS TEENS THANKSGIVING NIGHT
ACTS TEENS 感恩夜
Acts Teens had an overnighter recently hosted by various partners, and then gathered on 8 July for a night of thanksgiving and reflection – we were so blessed to hear what they shared at the talkshow! Pastor Kenneth later shared on “They say, You say, He said”, encouraging all to know our identity in God. “Identity determines authority… and dictates destiny!”
我们的少年少女最近在各位伙伴们的家里过夜，然后在7月8日聚集，一起感恩和反思他们最近在小组里所学习的功课 – 我们当晚也听见了几位少年和少女在访谈中的分享，实在很惊艳！Kenneth 牧师在当晚也分享了 “他们说，你说，祂说”，鼓励年轻人要在上帝中找到自己的身份。 “身份决定权柄…也决定命定！”

ACTS BUSINESS COMMUNITY (ABC)
Acts Business Community (ABC) gathered for a time of fellowship and revisioning! Many were blessed by the tallkshow, where Pastor Matthew had a candid chat with Pastor Kenneth on “What does Heaven Rules mean in the marketplace? What does it mean in your business?”.

On 16 July, Acts Church gathered in sMaLL groups all across Klang Valley for Sunday Worship Services – in a total of 76 locations! Over 1,100 people joined in with more than 100 new friends!
在7月16日，Acts 教会以小组模式，在散播于巴生谷区域共76个地点，进行星期天敬拜聚会！当天有超过一千人聚集，当中有越一百位新朋友！

ACTS KIDS MAKING THE DIFFERENCE

On 19 July, we brought 25 children to Desa Amal Jireh (DAJ) for Acts Kids Community Give-Back. The children prayed and felt led to share about the story of Noah’s Ark with DAJ friends through a puppet show. On that day, our children chaired the whole programme, led worship, conducted games and arts & craft session. We are also very proud of our children as they took initiative to connect with their new friends!
7月19日当天，我们带了25名儿童前往 Desa Amal Jireh (DAJ) 进行 Acts Kids 社区回馈活动。孩子们祈祷，然后想透过手偶表演跟 DAJ 的朋友分享诺亚方舟的故事。当天，我们的孩子们主持全场的节目，带领敬拜，进行游戏和手工活动。我们尤其感到非常欣慰的是看见孩子们主动地跟新朋友交流！

Pastor Kenneth was honoured and privileged to share on the topic of “Effective Leadership” through Alpha’s second Zoom session of their “Circles & Spaces” cohort that’s focused on equipping and encouraging youth pastors and leaders!
Kenneth 牧师非常荣幸受邀到启发的第二次在线课程与他们 “Circles & Spaces” 队友分享有关于 “有效力的领导” 一课题，以装备和鼓励青少年事工的牧者和领袖！

LINetS had another opportunity to educate, equip and empower our youths in suicide prevention – this round at SMK Subang Jaya! It was special to have new volunteers on board – Dr Samuel Wong and Catherine Ng. YB Michelle Ng, who sponsored this training, was in the neighbourhood too.
