One of our prayers for Acts Ampang is to re-enter into TARUMT (formerly known as TARUC). After much prayer and sowing in partnership with Acts Campus, this year – we managed to kick-start a sMaLL group with four students and amongst them is a pre-believer!

Acts Cheras had the first Family Outing at Farm Fresh. Praise God for more opportunities to sow into the families and build discipleship through various connections. We see these precious families rooted in church, serving and feeling a sense of belonging!

God’s presence has been so tangible at Acts Mandarin SJ8am! We have seen weekly responses to the salvation call in April/ May for five weeks consecutively! Recently, the Holy Spirit moved and ministered so powerfully that we could not even continue with other church matters, as people were kneeling down, crying to the Lord, falling under the power and worshipping… all glory to God!

Acts Bandar Utama turned a year old in July! We have grown to an average attendance of 40, and we’ve seen at least four salvations and two rededications! New people are rooting down through Homes, serving, being discipled and rising up to be leaders. Recently, we had our very first water baptism too. Praise God!

At Acts SJ 1030am Worship, we were inspired to try out Family Sunday, and it’s so beautiful to see so many new people rising to serve! Many have decided to join the various dream teams after that! So good!

Acts Nilai’s “New Souls New Homes” that was birthed from the 2nd Alpha during the 2021 MCO lockdown, started with two new believers and five pre-believers. As of March 2023, it has now grown into a regular homes and a leader was sent out to start Mandarin Alpha 2023. Mandarin Alpha now consists of one leader, two regulars/ volunteers, five new believers & three pre-believers… so far, we have seen two salvations!

A few of the campus students from Acts PJ, who are studying at University Malaya started a prayer group on 11 April, and about two months later, one of the students was prompted to ask the others to start a sMaLL group using the “21 Basic Truths and Thoughts For Victorious Living” book by Pastor Kenneth – aiming to connect with new friends! On 6 June, the sMall group was birthed!

At the recent Family Sunday at Acts Klang, the Acts Kids teachers caught the vision of raising up our kids in the house, worshipping and participating together with the whole church as ONE. The team prepared kid-friendly sermon outline notes during the message and it really had the kids engaged. They were sitting together with their parents (not playing with their friends) – listening and journaling the message of the day!

Acts Cyberjaya has been focusing on rebuilding the teens and campus ministries, by growing small to grow big, making disciples and building storehouses! For the teens, we had three mums and a dad volunteering who were then recruited to form the core team! As for the campus students, it’s a fresh team consisting of adult volunteers and campus students from various universities. On top of that, we have also been encouraging our youths to serve on Youth Sundays (once a month), where we encourage them to try serving in different dream teams!

Acts Seri Kembangan has grown to 50, since her birth in November 2022 – with eight rededications and one salvation! We have also multiplied into three Homes. In the process of organising Revo Seri Kembangan, the Christian Fellowship of IUKL was revived, and two Revo prayer groups were birthed out of UPM. We have also started a dance ministry focusing on the Borneo traditional dances!

Acts Semenyih started sMaLL groups on campus in April studying the “21 Basic Truths & Thoughts For Victorious Living” book – with  an average of 6-8 students attending regularly. The group has also carried out Revo projects to bless students during the exam season. All these efforts have led our partners and regulars to reach out to the campus – with eight new discipleship relationships established, alongside with three salvations and one rededication!

Acts SJ 1330 recently marked its first year anniversary in May 2023! We have seen different Homies (even those who used to shy away) step up to serve frequently in various ministries as well as organising connect activities!

Acts Kota Kemuning has planted two new Homes! KK2 Homes, currently led by Winson and Charlene, is made up of five families and is being attended by most of the teens. KK6 Homes, currently led by Sern Yi, is filled with young families and little ones, and it is growing steadily with new families joining!
